Discover wide open spaces

From simply escaping into The Scarp for a morning walk to exploring the Brook, adventure awaits
every day right in your own backyard at The Brook at Byford.

The Brook has something for everyone, with a number of expansive parks and playgrounds, as well as the added
bonus of being bordered by beautiful bushland on the east, and the Beenyup Brook on the south.

Little explorers will be spoilt for choice with a nature playground and an adventure playground, featuring a
range of innovative, nature-play based equipment including a Yirra Tower – a high-rise climbing challenge with
a wave slide, a sand play table, natural stepping and climbing logs, balance sleepers and a Whispering Dish – the
first of its kind in WA!

Pavilion Park offers the perfect place to catch up with mates for an afternoon, stretch the legs and revel in the
natural beauty with walking trails and even a lookout.

Offering a great view across the park to the tree-lined brook, the Pavilion provides an attractive and welcoming
space for residents and the wider community to meet and mingle. Featuring a combination of purposefully
designed tables, benches and seating platforms to cater to small or large groups, and flanked by a gently
sloping lawn area and two barbecues, it’s the perfect place for a picnic or an informal get together with family
and friends.
